Shelfaudio.com’s hours of service are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST).

Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

1. Where we ship from?

Currently, we only support orders from the United States. Our warehouse address is 201 Us Route 1 #162, Scarborough, Maine, United States, and your Bookshelf Audio products will be shipped from there after you place your order.

2. Delivery time

Our delivery time is 6-11 business days. The details will be as follows:

Orders placed before the cut-off time of 5:00 pm.

(1) Order processing time is 1-3 business days (Orders are not processed on weekends).

(2) Shipping time is 5-8 business days.

3. Shipping methods and charges

For all US orders, we will ship via UPS Express and do not charge courier fees. Orders arrive within 5-8 business days of shipping.

4. Who is responsible for the tax?

The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.

5. About the packaging

Our Bookshelf Audio will be packaged in a waterproof cardboard box.

6. Order Tracking

After Bookshelf Audio products are shipped, we will send you the name of the courier company and the tracking number to your email address.

7. Sign for receipt

After receiving the Bookshelf Audio, if the damage is found(e.g. broken, unplayable, unable to connect to audio source), please You can email us via [email protected] or call us at 260-240-6795, and we will offer you a return.
