Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

1.Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it. After 1 hours, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

2. What if the Bookshelf Audio is damaged in transit?

We are sorry you did not receive the Bookshelf Audio products intact(e.g. broken, unplayable, unable to connect to audio source). Please contact us via [email protected] or or call us at 260-240-6795 and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.

4. How long are returns valid for?

Our returns are valid until 45 natural days after the Bookshelf Audio products arrives. If you have received the Bookshelf Audio products for more than 45 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

5. About back goods freight and re-listing fees

(1) If a return is requested due to a product quality issue(e.g. broken, unplayable, unable to connect to audio source) with Bookshelf Audio, shipping costs will be the responsibility of Shelfaudio.com.

(2) If returned for personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

6. Return Process

To return or exchange the Bookshelf Audio product, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 260-240-6795 within 45 natural days of receiving the Bookshelf Audio, we will prioritize your order. Returns of Bookshelf Audio products are subject to the following conditions.

(1) Bookshelf Audio products support returns and exchanges within 45 natural days.

(2) You can only return Bookshelf Audio products purchased online at Shelfaudio.com.

(3) Bookshelf Audio products must be consistent with the shipping list included in the order.

(4) Please return Bookshelf Audio products in a clean and undamaged condition. (For example, the product is intact, no breakage).

(5) Bookshelf Audio products are well packaged.The packing carton is not waterlogged and not broken.

7. Refund amount

Once the returned Bookshelf Audio arrives at Shelfaudio.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.

8. Warranty Policy

Our Bookshelf Audio products are covered by a 12-month warranty. If our Bookshelf Audio is damaged within the 12-month period that is not caused by human factors, we can arrange a free maintenance for you.

The warranty period for Bookshelf Audio products is effective from the time you sign for the product.

If the damage is not caused by human factors within the warranty period, please send the product picture, product order number,warranty card and the reason for the damage to [email protected], we will arrange a free maintenance for you after confirmation.
